The firm's humble establishment, coupled with its understanding towards the constant evolving legal landscape and the reasonable expectations from a client's point of view, placed the firm at a high level of trust from our Clients whom had entrusted us to provide and craft elegant solutions towards our Clients' legal issues, regardless of its complexity.

Profile

Kevin received his Law Degree from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom in 2012, obtained his Certificate In Legal Practice in 2013 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014.

Prior to his legal career, he was privileged to be offered an internship and commenced his chambering at an established law firm based in Kuala Lumpur where he actively ​participated in all aspects of General Civil Litigation.

Upon being called to the Malaysian Bar, he commenced legal practice in a renowned law firm in Kelantan in its Banking and Litigation Department where he was tasked to oversee the Litigation Department.

He subsequently joined a Legal 500 law firm based in Kuala Lumpur in the Corporate and Commercial Litigation Department. 

In his legal practice, he was privileged with the wealth of experience in working closely, advising and offering legal solutions to Industry Leaders, Local and Multinational Companies, Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations, Bankers and Individual Clients in line with their respective legal needs.

Notable Experiences​

  • Advised a Director of a Multinational Company in cross border shareholder dispute;
  • Advised and successfully represented a Public Listed Company in a highly contentious recovery of multi-million Ringgit;
  • Advised and successfully represented a Public Listed Company to oppose to the continuous application for Restraining Order filed by multiple steel companies at several High Courts in Malaysia;
  • Advised and successfully represented a Public Listed Company in defending a Class Action for inter-alia an Injunction;
  • Advised and successfully represented an Individual Client in securing leave to Appeal to the Court of Appeal;
  • Advised and successfully represented a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company in Compulsory Land Acquisition matter at the Court of Appeal and securing a multi-million Ringgit compensation in damages for Injurious Affection;
  • Advised and successfully represented a Multinational Company in a highly contentious litigation for recovery of default in the purchase of a multi-million Ringgit movable property and recovery of default in service charges;
  • Advised and successfully represented an Individual Client for discovery of Medical Reports and Records in Medical Negligence matter;
  • Appointed to appear as Counsel by several legal firms.
